This package is for teachers delivering the 2022 spec for BTEC Tech Award in Health and Social Care Component 3, Health and Wellbeing.
For teachers following my C3 SoW, this is for week 4 after the completion of Components 2 and 3 PSA’s and resits.
There is one presentations of 38 slides and a worksheet for notes and 3 worksheet activities. There are embedded videos pause points, exam multiple choice questions and class discussion point .In addition their is a vocabulary worksheet to raise literacy levels. All resources are adaptable to meet you needs.
There are two homework task sheets based on exam answers for Level 1 and Level 2.

A 21 page resource package covering the content of the BTEC Level 3 Unit 4 Current Research in Health and Social Care, Learning Aim B4. Research Skills. It’s on Word and can be altered or added to, to suit your teaching and is page numbered from the previous booklets for this unit, also on TES. There is one PowerPoint to accompany this and activities and tasks with places for students to make notes throughout. This is a continuation from the previous booklet spec sections I have produced with page numbers to reflect this.
The spec covered is, as below…

BTEC Tech Award Health & Social Care Component 3 mock 60 mark exam paper which follows the Pearson format which is good practice for students.
There is a guidance paper for students which you could use as an activity and cut and paste into a walk through, if this is your teaching style.
The mark scheme is detailed and easy for students to see where the marks are.
An additional covers which part of the spec is tested in each question in the SAM’s format. You can map these across and refer to this when going through the answers.
